  • Location: Pulaski County (Little Rock region), Arkansas

  • Value: $6 billion (initial phase)

  • Power: 150 MW contracted with Entergy Arkansas; long-term expansion capacity planned

TheJobWalk Thoughts:

This project is about power first and buildings second. Locking in 150 megawatts on day one puts AVAIO in a different class than speculative data center plays. Arkansas isn’t a traditional hyperscale market, but reliable power and available land change the conversation fast. If later phases move forward as planned, this becomes a long-term construction pipeline, not a headline project that fades after one pour. Contractors who only chase coastal markets may want to adjust their maps.
