TheJobWalk Thoughts
Building 5 on a hyperscale campus means the site has long moved past the question of whether this owner builds again. The only question is whether you're positioned for the next one. For GCs and specialty trades working North Texas mission critical, electrical distribution, high-density cooling, and interior fit-out scopes on this project are likely already in motion. Switchgear, PDUs, and precision cooling equipment at this scale carry lead times that can stretch six months or longer, and suppliers who aren't already in conversation with the construction team are chasing a train that left the station.
