TheJobWalk Thoughts:
Once structure is complete on an active college campus, the margin for error tightens fast. Interior coordination, MEP sequencing, and finish quality all have to move in lockstep while public visibility increases. On public higher-ed projects, milestone events like this usually signal that scrutiny ramps up, not down, making disciplined execution and clean close out just as critical as getting the frame up.
