The Daily Dig
Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of Florida has closed full construction financing for West Palm Point, a $400 million office project in Downtown West Palm Beach. Cooper Horowitz arranged the financing, which was announced on October 29, 2026.
The project is already underway and is slated for delivery in the first quarter of 2029.
Block Party
West Palm Point will take up an entire city block in the heart of downtown. The 23-story, 438,000 square foot Class AA+ tower will have retail on the ground floor.
Inside, plans call for a lobby 30 feet tall and finished office ceilings of 10 feet or more. The tower will also have energy-efficient windows.
The project is targeting LEED Gold and Fitwel certification.
Alongside the tower, a standalone 10-story garage will hold about 1,200 parking spaces.
Retail will wrap the full perimeter of both the tower and the garage. The garage’s second floor will hold creative space.
Tenants will have access to a one-acre private rooftop park with a putting green, a dog park, a café, and a performance space.
“West Palm Point offers a competitive alternative in the West Palm Beach office marketplace that continues to attract businesses from all over the country,” said Charles S. Cohen, President and CEO of Cohen Brothers Realty Corporation of Florida.

TheJobWalk Thoughts
With financing closed and delivery set for the first quarter of 2029, West Palm Point is on the clock. Cohen calls the project the culmination of over seven years of “planning, contracting and creating,” so major packages may already be spoken for. Specialty scopes are often bought later than the core trades, so subs should ask Coastal where buyout stands before pricing.
The 10-story garage is a substantial structure in its own right. Parking decks typically carry their own waterproofing and parking equipment scopes. Retail buildouts usually follow signed leases, so interior contractors should watch for leasing announcements.
