TheJobWalk Thoughts:
Right now, this is a land play, nothing more. No RFPs, no site plans, no construction schedule. For contractors and suppliers, it's pure watch and wait. But here's the thing: when you see this much acreage change hands with seller paper and the buyer's already talking about powered land for hyperscale data centers, it's not staying dirt for long. Somebody's lining up utility conversations and working the entitlement angle whether they're saying so or not. If you're in sales or BD, this one goes in the tracking column, not the pipeline. Monitor county filings, keep an ear out for utility prequalification chatter, and stay positioned. The gap between "we bought land" and "we need a GC" can close fast once the infrastructure dots start connecting.
