The Daily Dig:
Crow Holdings just announced a 245MW turnkey data center campus in central Dallas. They're partnering with CleanArc Data Centers to develop the multi-building project on a vacant lot along the Stemmons Corridor. The campus sits on roughly 40 acres. Crow says the site has good proximity to major interconnection points like the Infomart at 1950 Stemmons Freeway and 2323 Bryan Street. They're planning the full buildout for up to 245MW, supported by a dedicated substation on site.
First delivery is a 70MW building slated for late 2027. Design work is already underway for that initial phase. They're also moving forward with long lead equipment procurement and substation planning. The campus will be designed to Tier III electrical redundancy standards with high efficiency cooling tech.

TheJobWalk Thoughts:
The interesting part here is what they're comfortable saying publicly. First phase sizing, an on site substation, and long lead procurement already in motion. That typically signals the early utility, and electrical planning is getting serious focus. That's where these Dallas infill campuses either hold together or start coming apart at the seams. No GC or design firm listed yet, so contractor packaging should be considered unconfirmed until we see an actual team roster in writing.
