Skanska has signed an $84 million contract with an existing client to build a data center in Georgia, according to a company release dated Sept. 22. The deal, worth about SEK 780 million, will count toward Skanska's US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.
The release doesn't name the client or say where in Georgia the project will be built.

On the Calendar: Work is set to begin in November 2026, with completion expected in the third quarter of 2028. The release doesn't give specific start or finish dates within those windows.
Even at the longest possible reading, the planned schedule comes in under two years.
