Lennar has broken ground on the residential homes at Broadcast District in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. The mixed-use community will bring 441 townhomes and single-family homes to a neighborhood that blends living with shopping, dining and recreation.

Groceries in the Blueprint: The release calls the retail center the heart of the district. It spans 120,000 square feet, is anchored by Whole Foods Market and features brands such as Sephora and Shake Shack.

The retail center was developed in partnership with Concordia Group and SJC Ventures.

Room to Grow:

  • Five home collections with 8 floorplans

  • Homes from 1,200 to 4,700 square feet

  • Tours at six professionally decorated model homes (five townhomes, one single-family)

  • Pricing starting in the $300,000s

Lennar says the collections are designed for buyers ranging from first-timers to move-up shoppers.

Quartz Comes Standard: Every home is part of Lennar’s Everything’s Included program, which builds its most popular features and finishes into the base price. Here, that covers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and designer fixtures.

In other words, the quartz is priced in, not added on.

Beyond the Front Door:

  • Green spaces and outdoor fitness areas

  • A dog park and community gathering spaces

  • A one-mile walking trail

Routes 422 and 222 are easily accessible. The community is also served by the Wilson School District, which the release calls highly rated.

Sales are anticipated to begin in winter 2026. For buyers, that means homes starting in the $300,000s, with a Whole Foods in the neighborhood.

Just a quick one..
