TheJobWalk Thoughts:

There are a lot of hands on this one, and that's where things can get messy. When contract management goes through a partner instead of the owner directly, your decision chain gets longer, and if that chain isn't buttoned up, momentum dies in the field. The crews that do well on jobs like this are the ones who stay on top of documentation, don't let change orders drift, and keep sequencing locked down tight.
