TheJobWalk Thoughts:
Decisions about premium seating layouts, seating bowl geometry, technology integration, and back-of-house circulation all need to happen now, and they're expensive to fix later. With a 2026-2028 window already on the books and the whole county watching, preconstruction is going to be under real pressure to nail down scopes early and stay ahead of long-lead items. The real trick will be keeping everyone's big dreams about fan experience from running headfirst into budget reality.
