The Daily Dig
Skybox and Prologis have registered a fourth data center building at their Hutto campus. The $550 million core and shell project was filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation on September 30, 2026.
Skybox Hutto 4 is planned for 3399 County Road 132 in Hutto, Williamson County, about 28 miles northeast of Austin.
Ground Floor Opportunity
The scope covers site improvements and a new single story building designed for future use as a data center.
The building totals 846,300 square feet, including an attached one story office.
That makes Hutto 4 the largest building on the campus to date. The third building was filed at 492,350 square feet and the first two at 235,720 square feet each, all planned as two stories.
On the Calendar
Construction is slated to start January 20, 2027, with completion set for October 30, 2028.
Paper Trail
The owner of record is Hutto Data Center Campus, LLC, an affiliate that shares a Dallas address with Prologis, a Skybox partner since 2021.
Corgan Associates is the design firm. The project is privately funded, and no tenant is named in the filing.

TheJobWalk Thoughts
One story means the floor area sits on the ground, so this filing points to a very large slab and roof. Concrete and roofing suppliers should check capacity ahead of a January 2027 start.
No tenant is named in the filing, and the money is private. On core and shell work, heavy power and cooling scope often waits for a tenant’s fit-out, so MEP subs should track this one past the shell.
The four filings so far cover less than half the campus’s planned 3.88 million square feet. No fifth building is on file, but there’s room for one.
