The Daily Dig:
StreetLights Residential, in a joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan America, is moving forward with a 20 story luxury multifamily tower at the southeast corner of Park Lane and U.S. Route 75 in Dallas. The unnamed project will deliver 365 residential units, ground floor retail, and structured parking in a retail heavy corridor anchored by The Shops at Park Lane.
Unit types will span from studios up to three bedrooms, with sizes between roughly 505 and 1,707 square feet. The tower is designed with an H-shaped layout to give natural light and views. Amenities will include a resort style pool, fitness center with infrared sauna and cold plunge, coworking spaces with private offices, resident lounges, and pet facilities. Construction is slated to begin this month, with completion expected in 2029.

TheJobWalk Thoughts:
This is a vertical multifamily job in a busy retail corridor, so logistics and staging are going to be tight from day one. Structured parking and ground floor retail mean the early work has to be buttoned up before the residential floors can move at pace. The H-shaped layout helps with unit layouts but adds coordination points on every level. Teams that get their scopes locked early and manage trade stacking cleanly will have a much easier time as this thing climbs. A 2029 delivery gives some breathing room, but three years goes fast on a 20 story tower.
