The Army just awarded Tampa-based Nitradyn LLC a $581,160,062 contract to design, construct, and commission a facility that manufactures Insensitive Munition eXplosive-104, known as IM-104.
The deal is a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract. That means the Army isn't committing to one project all at once.
