AI That Builds Better Schedules

ALICE Technologies is changing how construction projects are planned. Their software uses artificial intelligence to create smarter building schedules.

Instead of making just one or two plans, ALICE can look at millions of ways to build a project. This helps builders find the fastest and most cost-effective way to finish their work.

Projects using ALICE have seen up to a 17% reduction in build time, 14% savings on labor costs, and 12% savings on equipment costs.

For example, a data center project in North America faced a 30-day delay. By using ALICE, the team adjusted their schedule and avoided losing $32 million in revenue.
