Sabey Begins Construction on Third Facility

Sabey Data Centers
The new building will begin with 18 MW of IT power capacity and could expand to 54 MW later. It will be ready for use in 2026. This center will include special cooling systems—air-cooled, liquid-cooled, or hybrid—and can handle very busy racks using over 100 kW per rack.
Sabey’s campus sits on 38 acres in Loudoun County and when fully built will have 85 MW of total IT power capacity. Today, its two existing buildings are efficient, using power with an average PUE of 1.35. Sabey is a big privately owned company that operates many data centers in the US, including in Ashburn, northern Virginia—often called "Data Center Alley."
This project shows Sabey is serious about meeting the fast-growing demand for data and cloud services. By 2026, businesses will get more room to grow inside this strong, efficient, and sustainable data center.
