TheJobWalk Thoughts
Turner landing the core and shell on the last WTC office tower is a significant win, and a sign that the New York high-rise market has real legs right now. The job runs in a tight site with union labor, multi-agency oversight, and the kind of stakeholder complexity that burns schedule if you're not ahead of it. For trade contractors and suppliers, the time to get in front of Turner's procurement team is now, not after packages hit the street. For sales, this is a five-year build anchored by a single investment-grade tenant at one of the most recognized addresses in the world. The financing is solid, the occupant is committed, and the spec window will close faster than most people expect.
