The Daily Dig:
Yondr Group announced on December 17th 2025 that it has completed the first ready for service (RFS) milestone for the second building at its 96MW data center campus in Northern Virginia. The milestone delivers the first 12MW of capacity within the second 48MW facility, marking a phased approach as the building progresses toward full completion. The campus is located in Loudoun County, a market where power availability, delivery schedules, and execution discipline matter more than press releases.
The second building remains on track for full operational status in 2026. Yondr has already delivered the first 48MW building at the campus, with the site designed to scale for hyperscale customers as additional capacity comes online.
Project Snapshot:
Owner / Developer: Yondr Group (with JK Land Holdings, LLC)
Sector: Data Center / Hyperscale
Value: Not disclosed
Location: Loudoun County, Northern Virginia, USA
Timeline: Initial RFS milestone announced December 17; full building targeted for 2026
TheJobWalk Thoughts:
Yondr Group are at it again. Milestone after milestone, and MW after MW. Hitting an RFS milestone in Northern Virginia isn’t ceremonial. It means power, cooling, and systems are actually standing up in a market where delays are common and tolerance is low. Phased delivery like this keeps customers moving while the rest of the building catches up. It’s a practical approach, and one you only see when schedules, utilities, and execution are aligned early. Lots more to come, so keep an eye on this one!
