The Daily Dig:
Zelestra locked in a new power purchase agreement with Meta for the Skull Creek Solar Plant in Texas. The project is sized at 176 MWdc-136 MWac on the AC side, and is designed to add fresh renewable generation that matches Meta's operational load on the grid.
With Skull Creek now in the fold, Zelestra and Meta are partnered on seven solar PPAs nationwide, totaling just under 1.2 GWdc. Zelestra says the full lineup is set to come online by 2028, following the recent start of commercial operations at the Jasper County Solar Plant in Indiana.

TheJobWalk Thoughts:
This is a finance and offtake win, not a shovel-in-the-ground moment. The PPA proves there's a buyer and a bankable contract behind it, but Skull Creek is still in the setup phase. No EPC named, no mobilization date, no disclosed site work. For contractors and suppliers, this one goes on the radar with a star next to it: real project, real money, hyperscale client, but you're still waiting on the phone to ring. When the EPC gets announced and the RFPs start moving, that's when it shifts from "interesting" to "actionable."
